When Plaintiff #1 went to speak to the Desk Precinct Officer, defendant Officer Hull physically threatened Plaintiff #1. Plaintiff #2 remained untreated for injuries sustained since the attack. Defendant Officer Luiz then confiscated plaintiff #1 issue-gun and called his delegate. Officer Luis remanded Plaintiff #1 to a room while he permitted a stranger to take Plaintiff #1's daughter and all videotape of the aforementioned assault away from the precinct.
