The plaintiff was subjected to excessive force and sustained physical injuries. Defendants illegally searched the Plaintiff without his consent. The Defendants came into the premises without probable cause, reasonable suspicion, lawful grounds and without a warrant. Plaintiff was taken into custody, and he remained there until September 3, 2019. Plaintiff has a right to be free from illegal searches and seizures of his person, unlawful arrest, detention, and imprisonment, a right to equal protection of the laws. Plaintiff was subjected to unlawful harassment and intimidation, unlawful detention and false and unlawful arrest, illegal search, excessive force, unlawful and false placement in handcuffs, false imprisonment; embarrassment and humiliation, public disgrace and suffered great mental and physical distress.
