Mr. Bryant was in the vicinity where other non-party individuals were engaged in a physical altercation that Mr. Bryant did not take part in. Without a warrant, probable cause, or any legal justification Defendant officers appeared and detained Mr. Bryant. Ashaun Bryant explained to Defendants that he did not engage in any physical altercation but said defendants refused to listen and then ilegallys earched his person by aggressively grabbing his head and body, before rifling their hands through his clothing. Defendant officers then retrieved a taser that Mr. Bryant has lawfully purchased and smashed it against the ground. Officers then violently contorted his arms behind his back and applied excessively tightened metal handcuffs. Mr. Bryant was then transported to the 52nd Precinct against his will where he was held in a dirty cell before being transported to Central Booking.
