After many hours, he was sent to Brooklyn Central Booking and placed in a holding cell. The Defendant officers then maliciously initiated the prosecution against Plaintiff by providing the DA's Office with false, misleading, and incomplete information regarding the facts that formed the officers’ basis for arresting the plaintiff. specifically, they falsely stated that Plaintiff took part in an alleged drug sale.
