Then Officer Poh required Plaintiff to take a Field Sobriety test, which Plaintiff also passed. Officer Kareen Robinson then arrested Plaintiff regardless of these sobriety results, and Plaintiff was detained in a holding cell and later charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
