Shortly after, the plaintiff's girlfriend was also arrested and was called \"cheap pu**y\". The plaintiff and his girlfriend were taken to the Midtown South precinct. The plaintiff was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. He was ROR. Plaintiff later accepted an ACD for his charges and they were dismissed. July 3, 2016 incident: Some break dancers attempted to pick a fight with the plaintiff and defendant Juillet along with other officers refused to assist the plaintiff. The plaintiff had to defend himself and ended up getting his head slammed into the pavement and arrested by defendant Juillet. Plaintiff was charged with assault in the third degree, aggravated harassment in the second degree, attempted assault in the third degree, and harassment in the second degree.
