As a result of the arrest, Plaintiff suffered severe injuries to her body including a broken nose and had to undergo surgery on her left knee. Officer SAMPLE asked him if he wanted to fight, then stood on the street facing him separated by a motor vehicle with Plaintiff standing on the curb and continued to taunt, abuse verbally, and otherwise confront Plaintiff in an aggressive manner. \nAs Plaintiff continued to film, Officer Ryan O'Dea and other officers arrived, subsequently assaulting and throwing Plaintiff to the ground without probable cause. \nOfficer Sample, Hernandez and O'Dea are from the 19th PRECINCT.\n\nPlaintiff was taken into custody, pproximately 19 hours andd held overnight. Defendant Officer charged false charges against Plaintiff, such as resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
