When police arrived on the scene, the plaintiff noticed one teenager who was involved in the fight walking away and informed the police. Plaintiff was told to go back to her car and asked about what to do about her nieces who lived in the building. Another officer arrived and started screaming at plaintiff to get in her car. When the plaintiff asked where to go, the other officer handcuffed and placed her in a police car. The plaintiff was tall and could not fit into the car and also suffered from a torn ACL in her knee which she informed the officers. The plaintiff was verbally assaulted on the ride to the police precinct (which was unsubstantiated as the plaintiff is a lawyer and member in good standing with the bar) and held at the precinct for approximately 5 hours. The plaintiff was arrested and taken to central booking despite her protest that she did nothing wrong. (The complaint does not provide further what charges were brought if any as a result of this arrest).","documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4920246-Rosa-v-The-City-Of-New-York-et-al"},{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.424252/gov.uscourts.nysd.424252.2.0.pdf","type":"complaint"},{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4920245-Rosa-v-The-City-Of-New-York-et-al"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/6241276/rosa-v-the-city-of-new-york/"},{"officer_name":"Sepulveda, James G.","disposition":"Settlement","start_date":"2010-09-24","disposition_date":"2013-02-15","court":"U.S. District Court - Southern District NY","docket":"10CV07325","name":"Miller, Derrick vs City of New York, et al.","payout_amount":5000,"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4928127-Miller-v-City-of-New-York-et-al"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/6241347/miller-v-the-city-of-new-york/"},{"name":"Drayton v.
