PO John Doe #2 proceeded to stomp on Plaintiff’s right foot, and PO Michael Carr applied excessive force to Plaintiff’s right shoulder, while she was already in custody. PO Castillo proceeded to search Plaintiff’s vehicle. The search did not reveal any evidence of criminal or unlawful activity whatsoever, but Sgt. Albert Anzalone and PO Castillo’s nevertheless alleged that a controlled substance was in plain view.  Plaintiff was brought to the precinct without any legal basis. Sgt. Albert Anzalone and PO Castillo filled out false and/or misleading incident reports and statements alleging Plaintiff’s possession of a controlled substance, and Plaintiff was charged with the same. Plaintiff was kept in custody for a prolonged period of time without legal basis.
