Defendants Detective James Quilty, John Does, and John Smiths also created and submitted erroneous and false affidavit, and/or a false statement, and/or a false report to cover up the unlawful assault and arrest of Plaintiff and initiate a prosecution of Plaintiff in bad faith. Overall.
