Defendant officers provided the New York County District Attorney’s office with information that Plaintiffs committed the crime of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.  On June 3rd, 2020, after approximately 48 hours  police custody, the plaintiffs were arraigned in criminal court and released on their own recognizances.
