Officer Drummond approached the driver’s side window and asked for license and registration. Meanwhile, Officer Bannon-Albarano approached the passenger side window and began yelling and cursing at the plaintiffs. Plaintiff Domenica Dimaggio, who was in the passenger side of the vehicle, asked Bannon-Albarano if she was trying to harass her and the officer responded that to see harassment, she should get out of the car. Domenica got out of the car and Bannon-Albarano handcuffed her in a tight and painful manner. The officers also tightly handcuffed Plaintiff Giovanni, placed both plaintiffs in the back of the police car, and brought them to the 123rd precinct. \n\nIn the precinct, Bannon-Albarano subjected Domenica to an invasive strip search, where she lifted her shirt and bra to expose her breasts, lifted her breasts, and pulled down her pants and underwear to expose her genitalia and buttocks.
