As a result, Plaintiff was incarcerated for two days. On October 14, 2010, Plaintiff and three other individuals were allegedly involved in an incident where they flashed a firearm to compel a victim to exit his car and them his cell phone, after which they attempted to drive away in his car but could not drive the manual transmission; they fled on foot. The victim could not identify his assailants, but his car was processed for finger prints and DNA evidence, and on October 14, 2010, a Grand Jury indicted Plaintiff for theft-related crimes; he was incarcerated for one day. On October 18, 2010, Plaintiff and two other individuals allegedly used a firearm to steal an individual's wallet. The individual reported the incident the following day. On October 10, 2010, PO David Bonacarti arrested Plaintiff at Plaintiff's residence, alleging that Plaintiff was responsible for the three aforementioned robberies. On October 18, 2010, a Grand Jury indicted Plaintiff for the theft-related crimes; Plaintiff was incarcerated for three days.\n\nPO Bonacarti did not have a search warrant before arresting Plaintiff, nor was any search ever conducted for the handgun allegedly used to commit the aforementioned robberies. Furthermore, the DNA search of the stolen vehicle indicated no match between DNA found in the vehicle and DNA taken from Plaintiff. Additionally, during their investigation of the incidents,  PO Bonacarti and PO Robert Nugent ignored Plaintiff's claimed alibis that would exonerate him from the aforementioned crimes. During the October 4, 2010, crime, Plaintiff was at basketball practice and then Popeye's Restaurant with his father. During the October 14, 2010, crime, Plaintiff was with his father at home all day and was posting on Twitter at the exact moment the alleged crime took place. During the October 18, 2012, crime, Plaintiff was again at basketball practice. Defendant PO and his superiors ignored Plaintiff's proffered alibi witnesses, and PO Nugent ordered PO Bonacarti to create a robbery pattern out of the three crimes to bolster charges against Plaintiff. Furthermore, PO Bonacarti was told that creating this robbery pattern would increase his chances of promotion. Defendant POs also failed to adequately interview the victims, and the line-ups used for the crimes were prejudicial against Plaintiff because the other individuals brought in looked nothing like him.
