Several NYPD units, including P.O.s Veras, Padilla, Duran, Mota, Nunez, arrived at the scene. Rather than respond to Ms. Thomas' concern - the intoxicated man in here home who had battered her - the P.O.s wrongfully detained and arrested Ms. Thomas without probable cause while her attacker remained inside her home with her three children. As a result, Ms. Thomas has been separated from her three children, who were detained by the Administration for Children's Services for 72 hours despite Ms. Thomas repeatedly telling them that her family member was available to care for them. Ms. Thomas was held at the 42nd Precinct.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=FGXg4SUE4ELmiRJAVHdxTw==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24441170-bronx-notified-officers-list-edited_redacted-redacted_redacted","type":"credibility-finding"}],"payroll":{"salary":"118056","regular":"117719","overtime":"34046","other":"19184","total":"170949"},"email":"armando.mota@nypd.org","id":"D7T3","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/D7T3"}
