Defendant Moscoso then grabbed Plaintiff and slammed him against the friends car. Defendant Moscoso and Defendant Gomez then forcefully grabbed and twisted Plaintiff's arms and wrists. They then pushed Plaintiff, causing him to trip to the ground and sustain injuries to his knees. \n\nWhile Plaintiff was incarcerated in a holding cell at the 33rd Precinct, he spoke with Defendant Moscoso, who mocked Plaintiff and told him that he was not getting released.
