On September 4, 2020 plaintiff arrived at the 70th precinct stationhouse located at 154 Lawrence Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11230, and immediately upon arriving at the 70th Precinct, defendants unlawfully handcuffed and falsely arrested plaintiff, without probable cause or legal justification.
