One officer punched Plaintiff in the face, then tackled him to the ground, causing him to land on his back with the officer on top of him. After Plaintiff had turned around as he had been instructed to do, multiple officers proceeded to strike him repeatedly in the back, head, and face with their fists, feet, and knees. Thereafter, the officers handcuffed Plaintiff and, while Plaintiff was rear handcuffed, again punched him in the face. As a result of the officers conduct, Plaintiff sustained injuries. \n\nThe officers also forced their way into Plaintiff’s apartment, without a warrant or any other permission or authority. There, they woke up Plaintiff’s parents, ordered them to sit on a couch in another room of the apartment and, for a long time during the night, refused to allow them to leave the couch. They also conducted an illegal search of the apartment.
