They approched Plaintiff with their loaded firearms. Officer Defendants arrested Plaintiff  and then took her into custody to a police station.\n\nPlaintiff informed the officers multiple times that the complainant, her estranged son, was not a resident of her address, that he had a history of drug use, and had an order of protection against him from herfrom 2016-2017.Plaintiff told the police the so called complainant was not on the lease. His driver's license demonstrated he resided with his father NOT with Plaintiff, his estranged mother. His father's address was 38-15 214* Place, Bayside, New York . Officers were given the name of a neighbor who would verify the above, or they could have called, the managing agent, superintendent for the building, or a neighbor to verify that the Plaintiff's son the so called complaining witness did not live at her apartment; officers were told to verify the above information with her (Plaintiff's) Landlord, managing agent, superintendent and a neighbor and fiancé, said fiancé did reside with her at the apartment residence all who would have stated her son John Pinerio was not a tenant at her apartment for thirty (30) consecutive days.\n\nPlaintiff's claims include that the officers ignored her statements, detained her for approximately 21 hours. The officer fillled a criminal complaint fasely accusing the plaintiff of Violations of the Administration Code of the City of New York.
