All charges against Plaintiff were adjourned in contemplation of dismissal and dismissed. On July 30, 2012, defendant officer placed plaintiff Alexander Rhodes in a police car and transported him to the 73rd precinct. Plaintiff was charged with narcotics related offenses and was incarcerated for two weeks prior to posting bail. Plaintiff did not possess any controlled substances constructively or otherwise.
