EMS was summoned to the precinct to treat Plaintiff's injuries. Plaintiff was then transported to Central Booking. POs forwarded false charges to the District Attorney's office to initiate a malicious prosecution but the office ultimately declined to prosecute. Plaintiff was released after approximately 10 hours in custody, but in order to cover up the unlawful interaction POs issued Plaintiff a summons for jaywalking before releasing him.
