Plaintiff was transported to the 70th Precinct, where he suffered an anxiety attack, lost consciousness, and was subsequently hospitalized for four days at Maimonides Hospital.\n\nAt his August 30, 2021 arraignment, Plaintiff was charged with multiple serious crimes, including robbery and possession of a firearm, despite a lack of evidence connecting him to the alleged offenses. He was released on bail on September 1, 2021, but was required to appear in court multiple times before all charges were dismissed and sealed in his favor on September 30, 2021.
