After approximately 24 hours in custody, Plaintiff was arraigned as a result of the officers falsely telling the DA's office that Plaintiff committed a crime. Upon being released, Plaintiff went to the hospital to be treated for his injuries. Plaintiff missed three days of school as a result of the arrest. At the precinct, defendant police officers falsely alleged to the Kings County DA Office that they had observed the plaintiff obstruct governmental administration.  Plaintiff was then transferred to Central Booking in Brooklyn and later released after approximately 24 hours in custody.  As a result of her interactions with police officers, plaintiff sustained injuries, including bruising to her wrists from the handcuffs and a black eye.
