The officers also forcibly removed and erased a video recording of the incident from Jayshawn's cell phone. Defendants, then illegally pulled over and stopped Plaintiff in an unmarked car within the vicinity of the intersection at Stuyvesant and Bainbridge. Plaintiff was stopped at the intersection when Defendant Officers, intentionally, and with deliberate indifference to Plaintiff crashed their marked police vehicle into the front of Plaintiff's vehicle. Defendant Officers then exited their vehicle and approached with their handguns drawn and aimed at Plaintiff. Defendant Officers DOE 1-10, then unlawfully seized and arrested Plaintiff by grabbing him by their body and limbs. Defendant Officers physically restrained Plaintiff by violently contorting his arms behind his back, and affixing metal handcuffs to Plaintiff's wrists in an excessively tight fashion, and punching, kicking, and striking Plaintiff in his ribs and face.\n\nDefendants accused Plaintiff of a criminal offense and other charges. Defendant Officers lacked any probable cause or reasonable suspicion to stop, seize and arrest Plaintiff, because Defendants never observed Plaintiff commit any crime or violation of the law, and had no reasonable suspicion or probable. Defendant officers then Illegally searched Plaintiff's person and conducted an invasive body cavity search within the purview of a gathering crowd. Defendant LAMBERT then removed $10,000 from Plaintiff's person for which only $5,700 was vouched for by Defendant Officers. Defendant Officers filed the criminal court complaint against Plaintiff which falsely accused Plaintiff of a criminal offense and other related charges. Defendant Officers knowingly, maliciously and intentionally engaged in the fabrication of false and fictitious evidence. On or about October 31, 2019, the false charges were dismissed because of a lack of evidence. On August 1, 2019, Plaintiff was again arrested without probable cause, grabbed, pushed, and handcuffed tightly, and brought to a precinct where he was interrogated. Prosecutors declined to prosecute plaintiff. On December 30, 2020, Plaintiff was again arrested without probable cause, pointed their guns at him, yelled, grabbed, pushed, shoved, and tightly handcuffed him to the point of numbness. Defendants brought Plaintiff to a precinct and interrogated him again. Defendants brought false charges against Plaintiff which were later dismissed on or about April 20, 2021 for a lack of evidence.
