Defendants then fingerprinted, photographed, and detained the Plaintiff without his consent at several police stations, correctional facilities, and at the courthouse located at 215 East 161st Street, Bronx, NY. Defendants provided the Bronx County District Attorney's Office with false information to maliciously prosecute the Plaintiff for crimes he did not commit and was arraigned after his arrest. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours after his arraignment.\n\nAs a result of Plaintiff’s arraignment, Plaintiff was required to make numerous court appearances until the charges against him were favorably dismissed on November 21st, 2023. Because of the Defendants' actions towards the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff was deprived of his liberty for some time, and subjected to scorn, ridicule, embarrassment, and degradation of his esteem in his community personally and professionally. Furthermore, the Plaintiff suffered injuries to his head, neck, backs, body, and limbs, suffered conscious pain and suffering/other damages, and was rendered sick, sore, lame, and disabled due to severe, serious, and permanent bodily injuries.
