But while he was speaking to see if he could do anything, Officer Muirhead and Officer Woodhouse approached and asked Plaintiff to step back. But before he could comply with the instruction, Officer Muirhead and Officer Woodhouse became very aggressive and commended attacking Plaintiff. They punched and kicked him in his face and body, while he was held down by four officers and firemen who were at the scene.  Plaintiff suffered facial lacerations, two black eyes, and swelling in his forehead, and a fractured waist.
