That same Plaintiff needed a cane to walk, but said cane was taken from him and Defendant Officers refused to return it upon request. Plaintiff was then shoved to the ground and his feet were shackled by Defendant Officers. Plaintiff was then thrown into a police van, denied medical attention, and punched and kicked excessively without justification. The Plaintiff was knocked unconscious by the vicious assault of the Defendant Officers. The second Plaintiff was handcuffed so tightly circulation began to cut off and the cuffs pierced his skin. At the precinct Plaintiff received an unnecessary anal probe and was refused his cane or shoes.
