The Defendants wlaked back to their vehicle and soon six more NYPD cruisers arrived on the scene. The officers all drew their weapons and pointed them at the Plaintiff, Defendant Officer Walter yelled for him to lie face down, and then roughly frisked and searched him, removing Plaintiff's gun, two folding knives and DHS handcuffs. Plaintiff was then handcuffed. At that time, another police car arrived carrying a Sergeant Mole. Sergeant Mole ordered the Defendants and other officers to stand Plaintiff up.
