Plaintiff repeated his request for identification, and Sgt. Baronette stated, \"My fucking ID will be on your arrest report.\" The two officers did not arrest Plaintiff. Plaintiff called 911 and Sgt. Garcia and Derek Epstein drove up in a police car. They refused to take a report.
