The plaintiff remained unlawfully arrested and imprisoned at the Hospital Center for three days. \n\nOn June 14th, 2020, the defendants transported the plaintiff to the NY County Central Booking Facility, where he remained falsely arrested and imprisoned. Later that day, the defendants transported the plaintiff to the North Infirmary Command, where he remained falsely arrested and imprisoned until October 22nd, 2020. Throughout this experience, the plaintiff believed that the defendants maliciously prosecuted him, which led to criminal charges being committed against him.
