After Plaintiff's arrest she was subjected to a search of the intimate parts of her body causing embarrassment and humiliation.\n\nWhile transported to central booking, Defendants penetrated multiple assault and batteries upon Plaintiff, including handcuffing excessively tight and refusing to adjust the restraints despite demands for them to do so. Defendants prepared false sworn affidavits and false police reports. Defendants later provided false and incomplete information despite knowing they lacked a legal and factual basis to allege Plaintiff committed any crime. Plaintiff was eventually unlawfully detained for 7 months before being released. While incarcerated Plaintiff was assaulted by other inmates.
