Plaintiff approached the crowd and requested them to stop the assault. The assailants then physically assaulted and injured the plaintiff, causing plaintiff to bleed from the face. Plaintiff ran from his assailants, but returned to speak with police officers to report the assailants. Upon returning, defendant-officers, including Lieutenant Alex Davydov, Domenick Camerada, Stephen Locastro, Christopher Arnone and Colleen Abbate, unlawfully handcuffed and arrested plaintiff. Defendant-officers ignored contemporaneous witness testimony that plaintiff was the victim of a crime. Defendant-officers' conduct was pursuant to the City of New York's \"Stop, Question, and Frisk\" policy. Defendant-officers refused to permit plaintiff receive medical attention from present EMS workers. Defendant-officers subsequently provided the Kings County District Attorney's Office with false, misleading, and incomplete information to substantiate plaintiff's arrest and pursue criminal charges.\n\nOn June 18, 2020, defendants issued plaintiff a Desk Appearance and released him from custody. On November 4, 2020, plaintiff was arraigned on charges arising from defendant-officers' false, misleading, or incomplete information. These charges included attempted assault, assault, harassment, and menacing. Plaintiff was subsequently attacked by additional civilians. Defendant officers, including Lieutenant Alex Davydov and Officers Domenick Camerada, Stephen Locastro, Felix Chabanov and Colleen Abbate, responded to the incident. Defendant-officers unlawfully stopped, questioned, and frisked plaintiff pursuant to City of New York and NYPD policy. Defendant-officers arrested and processed plaintiff.\n\nOn June 18, 2020, plaintiff was arraigned in Kings County Criminal Court on charges including grand larceny, petit larceny, tampering with a witness, harassment, and intimidating a witness. These charges arose from defendant-officers' false, misleading, and incomplete evidence provided to the Kings County District Attorney's Office. On the same day, plaintiff was released on bail. On November 16, 2021, all charges were dismissed and sealed in their entirety. Plaintiff was driving in a vehicle with a friend, when defendants stopped them and demanded plaintiff to get out of the car.  Defendant then placed plaintiff’s hands behind his back and put metal handcuffs around his wrists.  Defendants then searched the vehicle.  Plaintiff was then arrested, placed in the back of a NYPD vehicle and transported to a precinct.  There, plaintiff was placed in a holding room where he was searched, fingerprinted and photographed.  While in custody, the defendant officers provided the DA’s Office with the false information that plaintiff committed a crime, namely Possession of a Controlled Substance and related charges.  Thereafter, the plaintiff was arraigned and he was transported to Rikers Island Correctional Facility, where he remained for approximately seventy-two hours until he was released.  While Plaintiff was incarcerated at Rikers Island, he was jumped and stabbed several times  in his left arm, resulting in nerve damage.\nOn December 2, 2022, all charges against plaintiff were dismissed.
