Plaintiff Wade alleges that, without any probable cause or arrest warrant, plain clothes officers Pac, Russ, and Grant violently pulled his arms behind his back and handcuffed him, and was shoved and pushed into a patrol vehicle. Wade alleges he was not read his Miranda rights. Wade made several complaints about the handcuffs being too tight, however, none of the officers loosened the handcuffs and this caused Wade to sustain injuries. Wade was transported to the 75th precinct in Brooklyn, New York and subjected to unreasonable custodial detention. Wade was subjected to unlawful and inappropriate pats downs and searches while confined.
