On June 8, 2013, Kelly and Bohringer also punched and kicked Plaintiff while he was handcuffed on the ground in front of Plaintiff's son. Plaintiff sustained an injured arm, bruises and cuts. He was transported to the precinct, where he was denied medical care, beat in his cell by Kelly and other NYPD officers, then put in a body bag and beat until he fell unconscious and was hospitalized. On July 5, 2013, Kelly and other NYPD officers struck Plaintiff with a van, throwing him off of his motorcycle. This led to a shoulder injury and Plaintiff was again searched without cause, then held for over 48 hours. After one of the incidents, on August 16, 2015, Plaintiff was detained for over 5 days before being released.
