Defendant Officers, executing a search warrant, approached and did not allow Plaintiff to leave. Defendant Officers then struck Plaintiff in the hand and body with a stick-like object, placing him in excessively tight handcuffs and falsely arresting him. Plaintiff complained that the handcuffs were too tight and needed to be loosened, but the Defendant Officers ignored his request. Plaintiff was eventually brought to central booking and charged with a criminal complaint. Plaintiff was arraigned after approximately 24 hours.
