The police officers entered the location. The officers told plaintiff  to \"go home or go inside.\" Plaintiff complied, but was still tasered (he had to have the prongs from the taser surgically removed from his back). He was then physically grabbed and tackled, and fell to the ground. While on the ground, he was kicked in the head by multiple officers, causing physical injury. \n\nThe officers then unlawfully handcuffed plaintiff and transferred him to the 79th Precinct. On June 17, 2019, after 30 hours in unlawful custody, Plaintiff was arraigned and charged with crimes he did not commit.
