Minor plaintiff was then taken to the 43rd precinct where she was held for fifteen hours, before she was released the following day. Minor plaintiff suffered severe physical and mental injuries as a result of this incident. Another individual was at the precinct retrieving their property and became irate. As a result, an officer told both the other individual and Plaintiff to leave the precinct, which Plaintiff did. The officer replied for Plaintiff to be quiet before he's arrested, to which Plaintiff responded 'do it' and Plaintiff was arrested without cause again. Plaintiff was charged with resisting arrest, harassment, and disorderly conduct. Plaintiff lawfully parked his car, when he was stopped and instructed to present his ID by defendant police officers. When plaintiff was reaching towards his front pocket to present his ID, defendants grabbed plaintiff's arm and rear handcuffed him immediately. Without any probable cause, the officers forcibly removed plaintiff from his vehicle and searched him and the car. A container of non-alcoholic juice was found in the car, yet defendants claimed that it was an alcoholic beverage and proceeded to arrest plaintiff and transported him to the 43rd precinct, where he was detained and searched again. The DA's office later refused to prosecute plaintiff for interfering with and intimidating arresting officers.
