When plaintiff said no, Rodriguez and Modlano, with the assistance of two other offices, forcefully grabbed Plaintiff. Although Plaintiff was in no way resisting, Lt. Camhi tasered Plaintiff all over his body. More officers began to punch and shove plaintiff, causing him to bleed from the head. After plaintiff was thrown downwards by defendants, P.O. Wilson further beat plaintiff with a baton. Plaintiff was taken out of his place of residence and arrested at the 40th Precinct. The officers entered plaintiff Walters' room where they grabbed him, pulled him to the ground, and then placed handcuffs on him. The defendant officers found plaintiff Gonzalez in his room and placed tight handcuffs on his wrists. Gonzalez repeatedly asked that his handcuffs be loosened, and the defendants ignored the request. The officers grabbed plaintiff Arce, brought him into the living room of his apartment and placed handcuffs on him. The defendants searched the plaintiffs as well as their apartments and unlawfully took and withheld approximately $2,100.00 from plaintiff Colon and approximately $1,000.00 from plaintiff Arce. The defendant officers arrested the plaintiffs despite lacking any reason to believe they possessed any contraband or had committed any crimes or offenses. Plaintiffs were placed into a police vehicle, and while at the stationhouse, an officer subjected plaintiff Walters to an unlawful strip search where he was compelled to remove all of his clothing and asked to squat and cough.
