Defendant Zorrilla ordered the plaintiff to vacate the station. Plaintiff complied. Once outside the station, the EMS Worker put the emotionally disturbed person in the vehicle. At that point, defendant Zorrilla rushed at plaintiff, grabbed him and violently threw him to the ground. Defendants Rivera and Nunez were present and failed to intercede or stop, and instead assisted defendant Zorrilla. The defendant POs used physical force and arrested and injured plaintiff, placing him in handcuffs and purposely stepping on and breaking his glasses. The plaintiff was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration.
