They asked him if he worked in the store and plaintiff explained that he did not but that he know the store's owner. The store's owner confirmed Plaintiff's assertions. Regardless, defendants ordered plaintiff to leave the store and go down the block.  Plaintiff crossed the street, stopping to recount the events with two friends, then Defendant officers cursed at him and ordered him to get off the block. When Plaintiff responded that there was no need for profanity, they gave him a ticket, handcuffed him and took him to the precinct where he was falsely charged with disorderly conduct. Additionally, they conducted an unwarranted strip search. The claim against him was dismissed as legally insufficient on December 1, 2010. \n\nOn October 25, 2013, Plaintiff Baker was parked in his car on W 183rd Street and Grand Avenue when defendant officers Joseph Spina and an unnamed officer ordered him to produce his license. When Plaintiff asked why, Spina cursed at him, and plaintiff responded that there was no need for profanity. Defendant officers proceeded to order plaintiff out of the car, handcuff him, and transport him to the precinct where he was falsely charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration and Resisting Arrest and subjected to another unwarranted strip search. Plaintiff was unlawfully detained for 48 hours and the charges were dismissed on November 15, 2013.\n\nOn November 18, 2013, on W 183rd Street and Grand Avenue, Plaintiff entered a store with his uncle. Two officers including defendant officer John Doe entered behind him and asked him \" what did you pass to him.\" Plaintiff denied having passed anything and told them to look at the security footage.
