The officers accused Hudson of trespassing in a building he had not entered, pointed their firearms at him, struck him, and handcuffed him in a manner that caused unnecessary pain. Hudson did not resist arrest and was searched illegally without any cause. He was transported to the 73rd precinct, where he was searched again, and no illegal contraband was found.\n\nHudson was detained until December 28, 2019, and later transported to Central Booking in Kings County, where he was held under inhumane conditions, including being denied food and water and subjected to unsanitary and extreme conditions. He was released on December 29, 2019, after being brought before a judge and forced to return to court to face false criminal charges.
