Police Officer Hector Valdez, along with John Doe Officers 1-20 from the 104th Precinct, stopped the vehicle. Without probable cause or justification, Officer Valdez and the other officers allegedly ordered Plaintiff out of the vehicle, forcibly detained him, and applied tight handcuffs. \n\nPlaintiff was then taken to the 104th Precinct, detained unlawfully, and was denied prompt medical attention following the incident. During his detention, Plaintiff allegedly endured verbal abuse and excessive force, which led to severe physical and emotional trauma. Defendant officers maliciously and falsely prosecuted Plaintiff. Following these events, Plaintiff was required to appear in court publicly, where he faced charges based on false accusations. These charges were ultimately dismissed after several months.\n\nPlaintiff sustained severe and permanent personal injuries.
