Defendant Brian Hall whose car was parked next to plaintiff exited the car, leaving the door open and preventing plaintiff form leaving.  He and another bystander then proceeded to shou at plaintiff using racially charged language, shoved a phone while recording into plaintiff's face, and broker her rear window. Fearing for her safety, plaintiff drove half a block away where she called the police. Plaintiff explained what had happened to defendant NYPD officer who confirmed based on security camera footage that the events had happened as plaintiff described, and escorted her back to her place of work. \nTen minutes latter defendant NYPD officer returned and forcibly removed plaintiff in full view of her coworkers. Defendant NYPD Sergeant Amparo Hernandez joined in the arrest outside the building, and NYPD officer Samantha  Guzman informed plaintiff she was arrested because her license was suspended. Defendants forced plaintiff to take off her hijab and shoes and subjected her to a full body search, though she explained to the officers how removal of her hijab and a strip search were an affront to her Muslim religion yet they ignored her, making no accommodations whatsoever. Defendant officer Guzman also caused plaintiff to be paraded around precinct in front of male prisoners and officers without her hijab.
