While one of the Plaintiffs tried to explain that no one had called the police, the officers used excessive force and began to unlawfully arrest the Plaintiffs without cause. One Plaintiff was hit in the head by three separate officers to the point of losing consciousness and tased in the arm four times. He awoke at the precinct and was denied medical treatment. A third Plaintiff was thrown to the ground, kicked, and punched. His request for medical attention was denied and he was transported to the precinct. All three above Plaintiffs were charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. A fourth and final Plaintiff was punched in the chest while holding an infant.
