Peter Gentile, Det. Ken Baker informed Plaintiff at his place of employment that he was being arrested and arrested him by handcuffing his arms tightly behind his back and searched him without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. The Defendants took Plaintiff to a nearby precinct where he was searched, fingerprinted, photographed and held in a holding cell and then he was transferred to Central Booking where he was detained and then released after an arraignment. Defendants filled out false/ misleading police reports and gave them to the prosecutors at the DA's office. Defendant Housen falsely said that she investigated whether Defendant Kashena Graves a police communications technician contacted Plaintiff and that the Plaintiff's phone records did not show that Graves contacted plainitff. Defendant Housen also falsely said that screen shots of text messages that plaintiff submitted were fabricated. However Plaintiff did not fabricate any screenshots or make any false reports about Graves contacting him and Plaintiff did not commit any crimes but Graves actually instead called the Plaintiff which violated the order of protection and texted plaintiff which also violated the order. Plaintiff did not engage in any criminal offenses against Graves because the reports Plaintiff filed were not false. Plaintiff spent approximately 24 hours in custody and his employer placed him on administrative leave until all charges were dismissed. Plaintiff suffered anxiety and emotional distress, suffered from loss of liberty, physical injuries, embarassment, humiliation and deprivation of his constitutional rights. All charges were dropped against the Plaintiff on or about November 20, 2017. Plaintiff is suing for false arrest/ imprisonment, assault because defendants actions put plaintiff in apprehension of imminent harmful and offensive bodily conduct, battery because defendants touched plaintiff in a harmful and offensive manner without consent, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring/ training, malicious prosecution, deprivation of federal rights and denial of constitutional right to a fair trial among other things.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=KFBiOCusPNzjlsd/0vIZ1A==","type":"complaint"}]}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/ETPZ-primrose-housen.jpg","id":"ETPZ","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/ETPZ"}
