Defendants unlawfully entered the apartment and searched the individuals present. Defendants handcuffed, arrested and transported plaintiff to the 52nd precinct. At the Precinct, plaintiff was photographed, fingerprinted, searched, and placed in a holding cell. Plaintiff specifically told the defendants she must take her diabetes medication. Defendants refused to allow her to take her necessary medication, nor allow her to go to the hospital. After several hours, plaintiff was transported to Bronx Central Booking and placed in a holding cell. Defendants provided the Bronx DA with false information that lead to a prosecution initiated against plaintiff. After 30 hours, on May 8, 2014, plaintiff was arraigned in Bronx Criminal Court and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Plaintiff appeared in Court on three occasions.
