While at knifepoint, Plaintiff called 911 and reported the incident. Plaintiff remained on the line with 911 while officers responded. Defendants approached, stopped, questioned, assaulted, battered, and arrested Plaintiff. Defendants searched Plaintiff’s person by rifling through his pockets and patting him down all over. Defendants contorted Plaintiff’s arms behind his back and affixed metal handcuffs in a tight fashion. Plaintiff requested Defendants loosen the handcuffs, but Defendants ignored all Plaintiff’s pleas. Defendants transported plaintiff to a hospital to search his personal effects. Defendants removed Plaintiff to an NYPD precinct for processing. Plaintiff was transported to Central Booking until arraignment. Defendants signed a Criminal Complaint against Plaintiff, and affirmed allegations against Plaintiff. Plaintiff was held at Rikers island for thirteen months and subjected to strip searches with cavity inspections. Plaintiff was assaulted by Correction Officers. Defendants made a false presentation to the Grand Jury where an indictment was obtained.
