Defendants ignored Plaintiffs’ inquiries as to why they were being detained. Plaintiff Irving then began lawfully recording Defendants before being illegally demanded to cease recording. Defendants then illegally demanded Plaintiffs exit their vehicle, falsely accused them of a criminal offense, and then unlawfully seized their persons with their outstretched hands violently grabbing Plaintiffs about their bodies without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Defendants then aggressively and violently contorted Plaintiffs’ arms behind their back before affixing metal cuffs to his wrists from behind in an excessively tightened fashion. At that point, Defendants conducted a search of Plaintiffs’ persons and their vehicle without probable cause or reasonable suspicion.
