Another office grabbed plaintiff’s left arm and took plaintiff to the ground. The third officer then kicked plaintiff in the face and ribs. Plaintiff was then cuffed and escorted out of the building, while the officers continued to kick plaintiff in the face, slam plaintiff against a wall, and tighten plaintiff’s handcuffs. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and then to the emergency room for his injuries to the nose and head. Plaintiff remained in police custody until the next day. The officers alleged that plaintiff was guilty of resisting arrest.
