When he tried to leave, Defendant officers pursued him and began physically beating him by striking him in the head, face and body with fist, feet, and what felt like hard objects. Plaintiff was diagnosed with a laceration his scalp which required four staples, abrasions above his left eye, contusions to his scalp and contusions to his left thigh, ankle, hip, and side. Plaintiff also sustained associated pain and swelling to his head, face and body. Defendant officers George Morales and Christopher Marks filed false charges against plaintiff.
