In response to Plaintiff's complaints about the restraints, his handcuffs only were eventually removed. Thereafter, Plaintiff became upset and demanded to know why he was being held. In response, Defendant NYPD officers WADE C. LIU (who has had four Civilian Complaint Review Board complaints lodged against him), and a second unidentified officer referred to as \"AHMED\" entered the cell, told Plaintiff to put his hands in the air and turn around. When Plaintiff did so, he was thrown forward by officer LIU and struck his head against the opposite wall. Plaintiff blacked out and was placed back in handcuffs. Plaintiff was eventually taken to Beth Israel Hospital. Plaintiff sustained a lump on his forehead, and suffered from blurry vision and pain in his lower back for 2-3 days following the assault.
